fingersmith / sarah waters

quite freaky but not too bad. the love was one thing, but the mindset is another. the thought that someone can be thinking one thing and yet doing another is really compelling.

I love the idea of time. That one can sit and stew with an information for a long time and wait for that long in order to act. that would be the ultimate test of patience. a quality that i find truly terrifying as i have none of it.

for me, this has so much more to do with the mental state then fingers. its all about the mind. there is no declaration of love, just the hint of it. Yet, its deep enough to pull. stays in one’s mind a long time.
